Our rate is $75.00 and $59.00 plus tax. For the Standard Guestrooms and the Atrium Suites – September 11 to 15th only. $125.00 and $105.00 respectively for before and after.
It is our understanding that room reservations will be made individual phone in by calling the hotel at 800-634-6966 (in the continental United States) or 702-794-8200. Please identify yourself as being with the USS Preble Reunion group.
Please indicate if one (1) king or (2) double beds would be preferred, along with smoking and non smoking preferences. And if any handicap rooms will be required.. We request that all changed be made in writing to Sales Office no later than 7 days prior to arrival date. You may contact the Sales office Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Also note there must be at least one person registered in the room that is 21 years old, or older.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ON THIS POLICY
The hotel will accept Saturday arrivals according to your blocked rooms above.
Guest room assignments will be made by the HOTEL on a basis of, run of the house availability of guestrooms at the time of arrival. Guest room blocks refer to the total number of room held by the HOTEL for the group not the location of the guestrooms.
There is an additional fee of $15.00 per day for cribs and rollaway beds.
The HOTEL does not have connecting rooms.
The cut off date for the room reservations will be August 11, 2005, Rooms not accounted for by this date will be released to the HOTEL; however we will be happy to review the remaining blocks on your cut off fate and work with you to retain a sufficient amount of rooms. All room requests will then be confirmed subjected to availability and rack rates may apply. The room block will be periodically reviewed prior to the arrival date. If reservations are not received in a timely manner, a reduction of the block may occur.

For pool functions where the guarantee count for children attending the event is above (10Children) a Life Safety Officer must be retained by the group for the duration of the even or function at a charge of $25.00 per hour.

Prices are thru reunion Sept 11-15. I will make the rebates available for the month of Sept in case anyone is making a vacation out of the reunion. I always include daily and weekly rates for whichever is best for the traveler.
These rates do not include taxes or fees, but all vehicles are unlimited mileage
and your shipmates can either pick up the car upon arrival at the airport or we
do have a complimentary shuttle that would pick them up from the hotel.
